About Acasa
We offer thoughtfully curated massage experiences, all in the comfort of your villa, home, or hotel. Each treatment is designed to help you slow down, reset, and feel more at home in your body.
We currently serve Canggu, Berawa, Pererenan, Cemagi, Seseh, Umalas, Seminyak, and nearby areas daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Same-day booking is possible with at least 2 hours' notice, but slots fill quickly. Book a day ahead if you want the widest choice of times.

Payment is made securely through our payment link at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards and local bank transfers. To keep things seamless and secure, we do not accept cash payments.
Choose your treatment, date, and time. Your therapist arrives with everything needed for the experience, including a massage table, fresh linens, towels, oils, and treatment essentials.
Yes. Couples and side-by-side treatments can be arranged depending on therapist availability and your space setup.
Your therapist will message you when they're on their way. They will arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled treatment to prepare the space and ensure everything is ready for your session.
Not much. We bring everything needed for your treatment. We simply ask that you have enough space for the massage table and for your therapist to move comfortably around it.
Please also inform your reception, security, or concierge that our team will be visiting to ensure a smooth arrival.
We are genuinely proud of our therapists. They are experienced professionals who have been carefully vetted, background-checked, and trained in the Acasa treatment protocol. Chosen not only for their skill, but for their warmth, intuition, and care.
We use our own signature massage oil, thoughtfully blended in-house with coconut, sweet almond, jojoba, and a carefully crafted blend of pure essential oils to complement each treatment and experience.
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 4 hours before your booking to avoid a non-refundable cancellation fee.
If you're running late, please let us know. We'll do our best to accommodate you. However, your treatment may be shortened to avoid impacting other appointments.
Our therapists travel with equipment and reserve dedicated time for each appointment. If we are unable to reach you or you have not arrived within 20 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
Please let us know about any injuries, allergies, medical conditions, or pregnancy before your treatment so we can ensure the experience is safe and appropriate.
